Black Opal Love!

Hey Beauties,

Happy Hump Day Wednesday! We're halfway through the work/school week and I hope you are all hanging in there and doing well. :-)

For me..work has been crazy busy but I wanted to take a breather and share with you some of the new lippies in my stash from Black Opal.

More and more, I'm getting into this cosmetics brand and I'm liking it. I've been venturing into their lipsticks and glosses first and the best thing is that they are tailored towards brown girls of all shades! Sweet.

First up is Black Opal Patent Lips gloss in Violine. I chose this one in honor of the vampire craze that's going around and this month's launch of the next movie in the Twilight series: New Moon. It's my vampy, blood-red lippie....

Here it is on moi...as usual the flash makes the lippie look much lighter than it actually is. So I did one without the flash as well...



Next up is a really pretty dual gloss that makes a great nude/natural lippie for brown beauties. Black Opal Matinee Mocha....it has a creamy chocolate side and a shimmery champagne side.
